Service Description

Digital literacy and access to technology are critical for seniors to connect with the community and ensure access to basic needs like food, banking and medicine. Many barriers however prevent older people from adopting the technology. Seniors can access, learn, understand, evaluate and safely make informed decisions and choices while accessing the internet. Senior digital literacy is linked to improved life outcomes such as social networks, reduced isolation and participating socially and economically in a community safely. Global Access Senior Digital Literacy is strategically dedicated to allowing seniors to access nutritious and healthy foods within their community through social networks, thereby increasing senior supports, participation and community engagement.
